Brand New Villa Uluwatu W/ Sunken Lounge & Pool
Villa

Your pool is 3 by 5 meters, with a sunken seating area built into the water's edge. The villa opened in 2026, one bedroom, 170m², built for exactly two guests.
Your morning starts with cool sheets. The AC runs overnight and can drop to 16°C, because waking up genuinely cold in Bali's heat is what makes the first morning feel like a real break from the world you left. At 6am, the air coming through the garden carries wet earth, jasmine, and the faint trace of Balinese incense from the housekeeper's morning offering. You don't want to leave bed. By 9am you're in the pool. By 10am the garden canopy is filtering the direct sun, a breeze moves through every two minutes. That temperature profile Bali promises and rarely delivers.
After dark, this property is quiet in a way that's increasingly hard to find. Birds in the morning, crickets at night, nothing in between. The access lane is close enough for easy arrival, far enough that you stop noticing it within hours. Occasionally a construction sound from a neighbouring build carries over. Guests who've noticed it describe it as less intrusive than a hotel air conditioning unit. That's the full extent of it.
Inside: a king-size bed (180×200cm), a private living room with kitchen, an ensuite bathroom, and independent AC in every space. The wifi runs at 400Mbps, for the days when you need it, and the evenings when you'll forget it's there.
The best moment of the day here is 6pm. The sun starts hitting the trees and the garden gets this warm golden glow, the sky turns soft purple. Then the heat breaks. You feel it on your arms first: goosebumps from the sudden cool. You finally take a real breath. Your partner is there. Cold drinks, some snacks, maybe a game. The sun loungers, the sunken pool lounge, nothing decided yet, nowhere to be. The villa goes quiet in a way it hasn't all day.
From the villa, your days have range. Surf sessions at Bingin Beach, 8-10 minutes by scooter. Dreamland Beach before the crowd arrives, 7-8 minutes. Uluwatu Temple at sunset, 13 minutes, 70 meters above the Indian Ocean, kecak drum building in the background. A full afternoon at a beachclub. Jewelry or perfume workshops in the area when you want to make something. The cinnamon rolls at Sinamon on the way back, the kind of place that doesn't come up when you search. Or none of it: the pool and the garden are reason enough to stay exactly where you are.
Guest access
The entire property is yours, private entrance, private pool, private garden. You won't cross paths with another guest.
We meet every arrival in person when we can. A fresh welcome drink, made that morning, and cold towels are waiting. We've built 1,000+ guest stays in Bali around this ritual because we've learned that the first five minutes of a stay shape everything that follows.
If we can't be there: a lockbox code and a short video showing exactly where to turn and how to enter. Every detail confirmed before you land.
Private parking on site for car and scooter. From the moment you arrive, there is nothing left to figure out.
Interaction with guests
We aim to be there in person for every arrival. When our team meets you,
there's a fresh welcome drink made that morning and cold towels waiting,
we've found this sets the tone for the entire stay.
During your time at the villa, we're available by message any time of day.
Response time is typically under 15 minutes. We don't hover, once you're
settled, the villa is entirely yours. But if you need a restaurant
recommendation, a driver, or anything sorted, we're one message away.
Behind us: 1,000+ guest stays managed on Bali.
