The space

Open the master bedroom door and step straight into the water. Literally, the bedroom connects directly to the pool, 7 meters long, with the rice field starting where the water ends. Canggu on one side of the wall. Silence on the other.

The villa is 250m² on a fully private plot. Two bedrooms, both with king beds (180×200cm) and ensuite bathrooms, both with direct rice field views. The master has the pool. The garden connects everything.

What photos don't show: the sound layer. In Canggu you expect scooters. Here you hear the river running beneath the rice field. Tropical birds moving through the reeds. Wind through the palm trees. No traffic, no exhaust fumes, and noticeably: no smell of exhaust fumes either. Instead you get the morning mist, the fresh air from the rice fields, and early in the morning the incense from the Balinese morning offering next door. One scent that tells you immediately: this is Bali.

Above the living room sits the mezzanine, an open second level with sofa, views down into the room below, and an entertainment collection most hotels can't match: 75 inch flatscreen, PS5, Nintendo Switch, full cinema projection setup with screen, Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, books and a full game library. The ground floor has its own living room with sofa and TV. Two places to do nothing, both different.

In the evening the pool is lit and the rice field is dark. In the morning it's the other way around. The best moment of the day? Coffee on the terrace at 7am, when the mist still sits over the rice field and Canggu hasn't woken up yet. You have.

Guest access

The entire villa is exclusively yours, no shared spaces, no other guests on the property. Private pool, garden, both floors: all of it.

A member of our team will be at the villa when you arrive, with a fresh made welcome drink and a cold towel. We'll walk you through the space together so you know exactly where everything is. After that, we leave you to it, unless you need us.

Parking: in the front of the villa is possible. Air conditioning in every room, extra ceiling fan per bedroom.

Interaction with guests

We believe in being present without being intrusive. A team member welcomes you in person at arrival, cold drink, cold towel, full walkthrough of the villa and pool. After that, we step back completely: no scheduled check-ins, no unsolicited messages.

If you need anything during your stay, a recommendation, a repair, a late check-out, we typically respond within 15 minutes via the booking platform chat. Most guests hear from us twice: on arrival, and a short message the next morning to make sure everything's running smoothly.
